The “Quarterly Threat Intelligence Report: Cyber Attacks in Q3 2024” reveals that Bangladesh reported 337 incidents in Q3, a significant jump from 164 in Q2. This trend signals intensifying cyber threats targeting government institutions, businesses, and critical infrastructure. As cyberattacks grow in scale and sophistication, Bangladesh faces increased vulnerability, prompting urgent calls for enhanced security measures.

The report highlights a global shift towards disruption-focused cyberattacks, with Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) incidents emerging as the most frequent threat.
