BCSI Crowdsourced Emergency Response Team (CS-CERT)

In response to the recent ongoing cyberattacks from neighboring countries during this sensitive period, Bangladesh Cyber Security Intelligence (BCSI) is collaborating with the local communities to launch a Community-Powered Emergency Response Team to help mitigate cybersecurity incidents in our nation’s digital assets.

  • Government Assets
  • Critical Infrastructures (Bank, Datacenter, Education, Hospital)

Incident Report Policy

  • CS-CERT should be notified via the above form for incidents related to data breaches, defacements, DDoS, and cyber anomalies.
  • Incidents affecting only Non-Profit initiatives, Government Assets, and Critical Infrastructures will be eligible for this program.
  • Any individual can report incidents affecting the mentioned entities. We will ensure a safe harbor and good faith for the contributor.
  • This is not a vulnerability disclosure program. Participants must refrain from actively enumerating the mentioned entities to report as incidents.
  • Testing public services for vulnerabilities without prior consent from the responsible authorities is illegal, strictly prohibited, and may result in disciplinary action.
